West Wildwood, NJ Overview

West Wildwood borders North Wildwood City, Wildwood City, and Middle Township and is surrounded on all sides by water.  It is a small island connected to Wildwood by a two-lane bridge that is unspoiled by commercial development.  The borough is mostly vacation and year-round homes with a single night club, a miniature golf course and several marinas.  Its laid back pace and quiet atmosphere are suited to those who like to avoid bright lights and traffic jams in favor of sitting on an outside deck.  Many live or visit West Wildwood due to its abundant fishing and boating opportunities, and its proximity to the excitement of Wildwood nightlife.  It seems to be tucked away from the rest of the world, yet it is central to the recreational and cultural activities that flourish throughout Cape May County.
